Dhanush’s performance is impressive and he does a fine job in portraying the protagonist. He gives an impression of a tough man with strong resolve and character that makes us root for him.
His fights are well done and he manages to show some emotions that will make you cry. However, some scenes are quite routine and feel very familiar.
Director Venky Atluri has opted for a serious drama with Sir that is very different from his previous movies. It is a heavy subject and the challenge is to keep the intensity till the end.
